 Counselling for mba not yet  started in odisha you can download your rank card and the counselling is going to be start in fourth week of July  and choice looking in August and you can go to document verification in the same month of August

Registration for MCA in OJEE are already started from 23 June and ends on 6 July till 3PM. You can fill your choices in same duration. Choice locking will take place from 4 July to 6 July.

From 70000 rank you can get NITs but they are not well ranked. And you won't be having any choice to select branch in those colleges.So I suggest to consider options like taking an year off and appear for exam next year.
