OJEE will be conducting OJEE 2018 counselling session for B.Tech admissions in the colleges. The candidates need to be JEE Main qualified to be eligible for counselling of OJEE 2018. Non-JEE qualified candidates will have to attempt the special OJEE 2018 test to be eligible for counselling.

Now Odisha JEE is excluded and all the college in odisha accept their admission though JEE MAINS.
You can use your jee rank in odisha counselling

You have very less chances for admission to government colleges.
You may apply for private colleges/Universities. or if you have applied/appeared for any other exam you can try for admission through that.
