Hello Pooja,

RCMB Bangalore is a good college and placement scenario is good, providing good placement offers  to its students. The average package offered to the students is around 6 LPA, highest package offered was 27 LPA.

The companies that come for recruitment are HDFC, ICICI and AXIS bank etc.

Yes, it's a good option to take up MBA after working as a bank PO for a few years if you want to grow.

You'll get an advantage if you have a workex of 1-2 yrs in bank po.

Only go for MBA after PO if you want to

taking a drop year is definately not a very good idea. it makes you redundant and holpess for an year, therefore it is a good idea to do your mba from a reputed instituion. i suggest that you should have a look at the pinncale mba course which
