All the IIMs consider the academic scores. There should be minimum of 50 percentage for the general category and 45 percentage for categories like SC,ST and PWD.

No, each and  every business school will conduct GD and PI. It's the basic rule of every Business school.
The colleges which do accept the students without any CAT, MAT entrance exams will even conduct group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI)
