Panjab University BA LLB Entrance Test
According to the last year's fees structure, The approximate fees is Rs. 95,700. This doesn't include the miscellaneous charges. The fees can be paid in 2 installments. The 1st instalment is Rs. 54,500 and 2nd installment is Rs. 41,200.Candidates who want to avail hostel facility need to pay an extra amount of Rs.10,000.

Admission in Panjab University is not only done based on your marks in Class 12th boards. For admission to the BA LLB course marks for both entrance exam and 12th marks are to be considered. The final merit list had been based on the combined score. Hence your 12th marks seem decent and rest would depend on the entrance score. As the combined ranks are also out you can let me know that for a better estimate.

I think you may not if you may not get above 45% because it is important to get above this score to get a good Institute. you may get some Institute first it may be difficult and even after you may get it they are not any grantee that they give all material or platform where you may perform. But no need to worry you may get some good Institute so B+ and never given up and seek some Institute well for you.
