Panjab University Chandigarh does not offer any regular course in Bcom. Only the colleges affiliated to this university offer this course and some of them have a good reputation. But this University offers an Evening programme in Bcom. It is offered by Department of evening studies, PU, Chandigarh. Here

It is completely based on your interest and preferences. According to me the best one is BSc in PCM for non medical students.

C I was also and NCC candidate and I have certificate b but that doesn't mean it will really help to get admission in Government Medical College if you want to take admission colleges like Armed force medical college then it is really helpful for you...

Kindly clarify your query, you are filling which application form? 
Also, kindly check as in some forms it is  required to fill the percentage upto 2 decimals or if you are making any other mistake.

Hello,
If you are asking about Panjab University BA LLB exam then as per the eligiblility for the test General and OBC category candidates must have pass 10+2 with 50% marks from any recognized institute or university and there is 5% relaxation for those who belongs from SC/ST category.
