You cannot change your Category details during counselling. Unfortunately there are only 2 possible ways. Either you manage to get an OBC NCL certificate atleast by the time of counselling or opt out of the counselling because if you have chosen OBC-NCL as your category, the authorities expect your OBC

The PU BA/BCOM LLB exam is expected to be relaesed on 15th April , 2019 and the exam shall be conducted on 26th May ,2019 .
