Well going by the cutoffs of previous years, I am sorry to say that you might not get admission in Panjab Univeristy this year. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates,

This depends on the conversion index that your college provides you…for example some colleges give their cinversion index as 10 and some as 9.5 and u just need to multiply your cgpa with that index…

No, the already alloted rank to you is not final. As you know that for the process for admission in 3 year LLB, there will be 50% weightage given to graduation marks and 50% weightage given to the entrance test scores. The rank that you have been alloted
