AIQ is 75590 if i choose a pathology a prefernce subject of choice then in UP (private college) and in karnataka (private college ) with low fee ,which is the best university/college?

Sree Student Expert 11th Jan, 2022

Hi aspirant,

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like

>>>Difficulty level of NEET PG exam

>>>Number of seats available

>>>Number of students appeared in NEET PG exam

>>>Category of the student

You might try for Management quota seat in good Private Medical Colleges because you have less chances of getting counselling seat in good Private Medical Colleges based on previous year's cut-offs for your NEET PG Rank.

To check the possibility of getting Pathology seat you can use College Predictor Tool which is given below.

You can go through below mentioned article related to NEET PG cut-offs.

To predict Colleges based on your NEET PG score using below mentioned College Predictor Tool.

I have completed MBBS, what are my career options after PG in Pathology? Any more courses like Hematology-Oncology available to me after i do PG in Pathology?

Subhalaxmi Biswal 28th Dec, 2021

Dear Aspirant,

There are adequate opportunities out there after PG in Pathology.

The majority of hospitals, nursing homes, pathology labs provide job opportunities as pathologists. You can join as a pathologist full-time or part-time according to your wish.

A fellowship/DM in Cytology, Molecular genetics, Oncopathology, Histopathology through NEET-SS (Super Speciality Courses), and AIIMS entrance exam will be a great option as well.

But for applying for Clinical haematology, MD Pathology is considered inadequate by central institutes like AIIMS.

You can consider opening your diagnostic lab. A super-specialty lab will be great as it is in high demand and will remain in demand for a long time.

I hope it helps.

Thank you
