Congratulations on securing 14k rank in CET. Assuming you are from General category then if you apply to PES College of Engineering, Mandya Campus then you may get Industrial and Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering or maybe Automobile. So hope for the best when applying and also look out for other colleges in Karnataka. Good luck!

I'm extremely sorry to inform you that the rank you have mentioned is too low and you won't be able to get admission in PES college of engineering as the minimum percentage required for general category students is 50% and for OBC/SC/ST it is 40%.

If you are from the general category then your rank should have been below 9000 to be eligible for admission into this college.

Do bot worry you can try for some other colleges. Work hard.
