Yes you can opt for as many courses you wish to for. They mention the exam dates at the very beginning so you can select according. If exam dates for two courses of your choice collide they even provide option of changing shift of your exams.

JNEC Aurangabad is the top engineering college in India. It offers variety of courses and provides quality education with outstanding placements. However, the placements for Petroleum Engineering are decent here. There are not a lot of students who opt for Petroleum Engineering as the placements are not the best. There are many other colleges which offer better placement opportunities for Petroleum Engineering. The average salary package for Petroleum engineering is 4 LPA.

As per your query I would like to inform you that since you have different names in your class X, class XII marksheet and your birth certificate/ caste certificate. This will definitely cause problem in NEET form during verification process.
So, I would recommend you to make a affidavit duly signed by the magistrate stating that both the persons one in class X marksheet and birth certificate are same. You need to present this affidavit during the time of document verification.
