See when ever there is some corrections in the Admit card or the Registration certificate, it can only be amended or corrected by the Registrar of the Examination council of your university. So if you wish to correct the information, it would be better for you to contact the Examination council of CSJMU university and get it discussed. After passing your class 12th with BiPc, you can appear for NIOS On-demand examination (ODE) in a single subject ie maths in your case.

NIOS is a recognized board if you qualify on demand Mathematics examination from NIOS board you'll be  eligible to appear in Jee main or other entrance examinations.

You can visit www.nios.ac.in (NIOS WebSite) to enroll yourself for the exam.

For admission is taken on online process. First of all you have to find out the official website of PPN College Kanpur i.e. https://ppncollege.org. then you have to tap on  the admission tab. Then tap on the online process of admission. Put everything documents in details whatever asked  for in. Putting all the valid documents details in the application form your registration will be complete then you should pay out the fees for admission for application form. For the session of 2022 2023 sesdion admission notification has not been published yet,it will be soon published in the official website of PPN college Kanpur Uttar Pradesh. Have to visit the website a regular manner and you will get the information about the  admission in PPN college in UG or PG courses.

Yes,you can change your branch from. Mechanical to petroleum after diploma if you feel can do better in petroleum branch then go for it.
But it also Vary college to college, some colleges do allow some not.
And another option to change your branch is during your masters or PG course after Completing B. Tech in any stream  you can go for GATE  exam and can take admission in any branch you want.

You will be notified about correction period on your registered mobile number and registered email id. Just make sure to rectify every mistake before correction period gets over, because after that you won't be able to change anything.
