Dear Aspirant,
I'd say atleast in the top 50 unless you opt for something less popular like Biomedical Engineering. Most of the seats are filled through GATE, so even a top 50 rank provides no guarantee.
Sometimes getting a first rank isn't enough because preference is given to gate students. So the answer is unpredictable.
Hope this information helps you ,
THANK YOU .

Hello Aspirant,
Good choice you can download this book from Google or you can purchase online.
For over half a century, "Wilson and Gisvold's Textbook of Organic Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry" has served the discipline of medicinal chemistry for both graduate and undergraduate pharmacy and chemistry students as well as practicing pharmacists. Fully updated for the Twelfth Edition, the book begins with the fundamental principles of chemistry, biochemistry, and biology that underlie the discipline of medicinal chemistry. These principles are then applied to understanding the properties, mode of action, therapeutic applications, and limitations of various pharmaceutical agents. The subject matter is organized by pharmaceutical and therapeutic classes, providing a bridge between the basic sciences and clinical practice. The text contains many tables for quick reference to names, formulations, dosages, and applications. This edition includes chapter review questions and cases. A companion website provides online updates of medicinal chemistry structures and an image bank for faculty.
Thanks
Hey Manpreet
It depens on which country you want to do pharmaceutical toxicology in.
In India you will have to :
Firstly take up science in your 11th and 12th class after which you can do a bachelors (or graduation ) in any of the science streams like Bsc in Environmental Science, Biochemistry, Botany or Zoology or the best thing would be to do B.Sc. in Toxicology. After that you can go for M.Sc. in Toxicology or Environmental Toxicology and even go for a PhD.
There are various good institutes like Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) and Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) amongst many others which a re ideal institutes for this course.
