Pharmaceutical Management
Take CSE at IIIT Guwahati preferably or Vadodara whichever is at your vicinity. You can also prefer taking Core Branches at your home state NIT.
As far as IIIT Guwahati is concerned it is one of the fastest rising technical Institutes of the country in fields of IT.Companies like Flipkart, Amazon and Microsoft are regular recruiters on campus of IIIT G, with median packages lyimg between 12-16 LPA each year. Overall, there are 90% +placements and as per reports the current batch which would pass out in 2021 have even secured 100% internships on campus.Hence the institute has a good employer outlook, faculty and infrastructure.
In case you are desperate for the IIT Tag, you can move to IIT BHU, but again you need to consider options of branch change in future or Non Core Sector preparation apart from keeping up good grades in Institute, since Core sector of Pharamaceutical has very limited opportunitues.Though at IIT BHU, being an IIT, you will find a sea of possibilities and surely end up doing something substantial at the end of 4 years.

Hi there!
It all depends upon your interest, ... And
it is very difficult to get placement in Ceramic, pharmaceutical, industrial chemistry, mining(don’t go with avg placement they completely hide reality, only 9% people placed)
only few student is able to changed their branch.(also it is subject to vacant seat )
don’t go with tag of IIT after 4 year if you don’t have job you will regret whole life.for choosing this.
GO with better branch over better college.
Rest is upto you.
Thank You.
Dear aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. As per your query IIT BHU is a very renowned college amongst all the IITs. Branches like CSE, IT and ECE has high placements there with great packages. But ceramic engineering or pharmaceutical engineering does not have that much scope in this college as core company visits are less. It is neither good nor bad. You can consider other branches if you want to take admission in IIT BHU. Please click on the link below for more information and updates. Hope you find this helpful. Thank you.

Dear Candidate,
Yes, you can drop out of the college if you think you can score better the next year. If you are confident about your preparation & can score better than this year without much pressure, you can drop out & try again next year. But that comes with quite a pressure, if you can sustain that & prepare well, go for it. Discuss this with your seniors & get advice from many people as this is about A YEAR. With proper guidance, choose your decision & give it a go.
Thank you. Hope this helps.
Hope you are doing well. As per your query IIT Varanasi is one of the top tier and best college amongst all the IITs. The placement status of the college is excellent. The highest package offered was 1.53 CPA whereas the other offers ranged from 10 LPA to 50 LPA. Though the placements for pharmaceutical engineering were not that great as core companies didn't come for campus placements. Other branches had decent job offers whereas only 20-30% from pharmaceutical engineering branch got offers. Please click on the link below for more information and updates. Hope you find this helpful. Thank you.
