The pharmaceutical regulatory affairs course is in itself a Master's degree course, for B. Pharm students. Since you aren't from that discipline, it might be a problem. However, select universities might enrol you too in that course. It will depend on your choice of institute.

At first you have to write an aptitude test like cat,xat,mat,cmat etc after that if you score above the cut off then you will be called for next level admission process like gd and interview. It depends on the college that you select because each college have their own

you can persue you MBA after any 3 or 4 year graduate program,there are private colleges allow you to persue MBa only on the basis of your cat or mat score but there are majority of the colleges that either conduct their own tests or take walkin admissions.
