M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a 2-year postgraduate course in Pharmaceutical Chemistry- the study of drugs and drug development. The discipline includes concepts and processes of drug discovery, delivery, absorption, metabolism, and such. You know, many people these days are despising the Science stream, but those people are the very same people who couldn't get admission into it in high school.

If you're not too good at theory then Pharmacy shall not bethe right option, as this is highly theoretical course.

If you like practical skills, you can join Bsc Chemistry which is much better.
You can also go for Msc in Chemistry.
