So in M pharm course if you belongs to e w s candidate and filling up the criteria for e w s candidate then you can enjoy 10% reservation for total seats available in the universities you have mentioned in your question.

To pursue MD in any field, you need to have a MBBS degree from a recognized institute. Same applies here too. You cannot pursue MD in Pharmacology by doing a Doctor's in Pharmacy. You need to have a MBBS degree along with which a valid score in NEET PG entrance examination.
