On the basis of your marks,  even if you get a government pharmacy college it would be in remote places which would in no way help you build 'You'.  Hence,  I would recommend you to go for private pharmacy Colleges. Some of the best pharmacy colleges,  like Poona

I think you get admission in govt. colleges. Your rank is good though you are a general category. 

So, easily you can get an admission in govt. colleges like

I dont think so you can now change your category once you have filled the registration form and the results are out.. because if you would have chosen ews then your rank might be according to that category but since you haven't chosen this option now your rank is according

Getting a seat in government college is difficult with this rank. You can get a seat in private colleges. The cutoff of government colleges are much lower. All the allotments are done on the basis of PMR only not your TFW rank. So chances are less. But during

Please mention your PMR because all the allotments are done on the basis of GMR and PMR only. You mentioned that your TFW rank is 4009 this means PMR will be much higher. So the chances are not too much but still you can try. You can get
