501 is a good score. I assume you belong to OBC category as stated in your question. 

There are a few colleges under state quota which had a cut off less than 500 for the year 2018.

1. Osmania Medical College.

2. Gandhi Medical College.

Hey Aspirant, Yes surely you can get pharmacy in the government college but there are several exams which you need to clear before getting admission there. There are generally 3 exams which you need to clear either one of them
