The hostel facility for diploma students totally depends on the colleges / universities code of conduct. It's totally on their regulations weather they will provide the hostel for diploma students or not.

For admission in D pharm, some of the colleges / universities take through the merit based. Depends on how much you scored in 12th grade. Some of the universities, whose intake through entrance exam. The syllabus for the entrance test is same as the syllabus that you gone

The score of around 115+ is the approximate cut off this year according to the counseling this year .

And that very score means coming in rank around 800 will get you a seat though. 

So,  score around the level that makes your rank within 500 and that
