How is integrated msc chemistry at Pondicherry central university? How is the atmosphere outside university? Tell me about the faculty? Will the university provide opportunities to do phd?

Naman 18th Nov, 2020
Hi there
The Pondicherry central University has one of the best infrastructures among the many famed Universities.
Integrated M.Sc at PU , is tough to get admission as there aren't a lot of seats available instead there are very few seats , I think around 40 . So it's really tough to get there.

Infrastructure is good over all. Every department has got equipments like Wi-Fi, cold, normal and hot drinking Water, good benches and whiteboards.
New students get new hostel with lift, WiFi and sea-facing rooms (only the 5th floor). Even, the campus is airy and there's no such pollution.

Real heaven is campus life there : )
Perhaps, one of the reasons why Pondicherry University is so popular. It is so captivating and lively. We can get out and in of the campus at any hour , in short no boundaries of timing. The campus is 800 Acres full of woods and close to the Sea. Weekend parties and bonfires within and outside the campus are quite scintillating. There are many clubs and SPECTRA (LGBTQ+ community) is a brilliant initiative. Everyone is supportive and compassionate.

And YES, The PhD is offered by the Department of Chemistry as a full-time period of research and introduces students to research skills and specialist knowledge.
Faculties are also very good of chemistry, some professors have the research experiences with some famous foreign researchers.

It's a great choice .

Hopefully it's helpful
Thank you!
