Well getting the provisional certificate is easy. You just need to visit the administration department of your university and ask them for a provisional certificate if your degree is not yet available. They will usually charge a fee and will give you one within a stipulated time period.

First of all, DELHI UNIVERSITY doesn't offer much MSC-PHD integrated course to students in the field of science.

It only offers one MSc -PHd integrated in Biomedical Science, admission to which is taken on the basis of entrance exam conducted.

Apart from that it offers,

MSC courses in Plant Biology and Biotechnology

MSc in Genetics,

MSc in Informatics.
