In AFCAT. Fyling branch, Ground duty(technical) and Ground duty (non-technical) are the 3 posts you can apply for.

As far as the educational qualification is concerned , for flying duty , candidates must have passed Class 12 with 60% in Maths and Physics and graduated in any discipline/BE/BTech/Cleared
