Hello,
According to the NEET 2019 eligibility criteria, candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Bio technology and English individually in the qualifying examination.
For Unreserved category, PCB aggregate marks in the qualifying exam must be 50%.

These subjects have nothing to do with law, so a better choice would be Engineering, But you can also choose law but then These subjects are of no use, better if you had taken Humanities if you are more interested in Laws. But with this subjects, it is most justified

Hello Rashi,
First you should categorize all physics topics according to previous years questions paper of MHTCET. Then focus more on those topics that have more weightage in examination. Keep revising those topics weekly and monthly.
Don't follow more books. NCERT will be very good for your preparation.
