Yes, you can join IIT Madras for pg in your desired course but for that you will have to crack JAM exam in order to get in admission.

Yes definitely you can after appearing for CAT EXAM and based on cutoff you shall be called for GDPi round spost which admission takes place. 

For appearing CAT you must be either in final year of graduation or must have completed graduation as minimum 50%aggregate marks is must for qualifying.

Joint Admission Test (JAM) is conducted for admission to M.Sc programmes offered by IITs. JAM application forms has been released on September 5, 2018 and application forms will close on October 10, 2018.
You can apply for the IIT JAM exam. Various other University/colleges conduct its own entrance exam

The eligibilty for medical exams based on marks stands as that the candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-technology at the qualifying examination.
