It seems like your basics are weak so it will be better for you to build your basics first so I will recommend you to go through ncert first as most of the questions will be asked from it only and doing ncert will make your basic strong

i got 59% in class 12 and i want to give improvement to qualify in jee so its mandatory to give improvement of all five subject

You can give the improvements again to be qualified for giving Jee-mains next time,so forst it depends on you how many subjects do you have to improve for scoring more than 70%.

So try hard and invest you time studying.

Hello Yuvraj,

Yes you are eligible for counselling because there is no individual subject requirement. Students from general category should have scored 45% in 10+2 overall and 40% in case of SC,ST and obc.

The students must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-technology in the qualifying examination.

The eligibility criteria for NEET is that you should have 10+2 education with recognized board and have 50% aggregate marks in PCB for general category while for SC /St /obc you should have 40% aggregate marks in PCB and for general PH it is 45% aggregate marks in PCB.
