Yes you can buy the course materail in case you dont have NCERTbooks.

NCERTbooks are best for Jee Main preparation.

However for more advanced complex problems and practice you can definitely buy Allen course material to further hav egood exposure to different problems.

Yes he is definitely eligible as minimum 45%aggregate marks in 12th is must.

Sinc ehe scored 63% he is surely eligible.
There is no age limits as well and hence he his eligible.

List kf books mentioned is sufficient enough andmore books can addto confusion.

Its better to revise an d practice all pronlems from above books.
Go for maximum nock exams ratger than solving more books.

Yes, you are eligible.

You require a bachelor's degree with minimum 55% marks if you are from General & OBC categories and 50% marks for SC, ST categories.

If you want to appear in IIT JAM Exam then, you need to satisfy all the other eligibility criteria as well.

The admission process/criteria of NEET 2019 is same as NEET 2018 but the changes you will see in NEET 2019 is that you can apply twice for NEET as per the NTA( Conducting body of NEET 2019).

Qualifying Marks for NEET 2019 is UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%,

Yes, you are eligible for NEET as the eligibility criteria in NEET for general candidate is 50% aggregate marks in PCB,for obc/St/SC candidate is 40% and for general PH is 45% aggregate marks in PCB.i hope this information helps you.
