Do only revision of your notes or what you have studied.

Focus only on important topics like:-

Optics, Electrostatics, semiconductors and electromagnetic waves.

Memorize physics formulae only, not theory uptill NEET.

They have not mentioned category wise seats as total number of seats are 77 but as per official information, 27% reservation to candidates belonging to OBC category (excluding under creamy layer) will be provided in different courses.
