Just doing previous 7 or 10 years won't suffice for Physics section of NEET UG. They definitely are important in guiding you though the preparation giving you ideas about important topics, but they shouldn't be the sole source of information. Arihant books are really information. Also follow Ncert for key

Nope. Definitely not. They provide building blocks of information but you do need to follow other sources like Arihant series and previous year questions for the same.
