i would like to become a chemical engineer... i took computer science in high school which involves physics chemistry and maths are these only needed to do this course... and is biology required to study this course .. whithout taking bio science can i take this course?

The educational qualification required for Admission in Btech chemical engineering differs from college to college, however the basic educational qualification required to get admission in the same that is followed by most of the Colleges in India is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with atleast 50%

This is dependent on the university/college you are taking admission in. In general for Economics there is a eligibility for Mathematics in case of BA courses also. Now you can take the Political Science course as in most university there are no such boundaries for the BA but for economics

Usually colleges allow a branch change opportunity based on CG for First Semester, however, you need to confirm it from the college authorities regarding the details. Such information and procedures vary from college to college and there is no generalised guidelines for the same.

Yes,you definitely stand a chance to get admission in the prestigious university as previous cutoff for general category is 184 and above and you scored more than that. I would like to inform you allahabad university have not released their official cutoff yet for msc physics.
