If a student has secured under 1000 rank in JEE Mains 2021 and then he does some other studies for few years and in 2026 he wants to take admission into the University of Colorado for studying B.Sc. Physics. Will the 2021 JEE rank be considered??? or any other exam needs to be cleared???

Getting a good rank has always some positive views and also provides better opportunities.
Considering the fact that you will be going to somewhere else for pursuing any other course apart from enginerring and you want to take admission in some other college so the jee main rank will be considered. See, it is not the case anymore. You just have passed the examination of that particular university or college.
Previous ranks are not considered. I hope this information will help you to understand about this.
