You should score minimum 75% aggregate marks if you belong to general category and 65% aggregate marks if you belong to SC/ST category in class 12th or be in top 20 percentile to be eligible to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs. The respective boards will declare the top 20 percentile.
Physics is always going to include a bit of mathematics for sure in it. The derivations, the Numericals, the concepts they all include mathematics basics for sure. So there are not many ways you can run away from maths if you want to pursue physics.
