According t the eligibility criteria of NEET, a general category candidate need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th standard board exam in physics chemistry and biology in aggregate and for  SC/ST/PWD candidates the minimum required marks are 40% in aggregate in PCB.

Also, keep it in mind that

Masters in Artificial intelligence is a 2 year post graduate course that enables students to know the concepts of artificial intelligence. The eligibility is as follows:

• Minimum 50% marks in the previous exam
• UG in Computer science of AI from a recognized institute
• Merit position/rank in the entrance exam

IITs offer Dual degree courses having M.Tech and B.Tech clubbed together but IITs do not offer integrated M.Sc. with B.Sc. These institution even offer M.Tech and M.Sc. together but not M.Sc. with B.Sc.
