One have to earn a bachelor's degree in physics with high CGPA.

for most of the popular msc exams ,physics and maths are necessary requirements but may vary based upon college to college ,so having physics and mathematics in your bachelors might help . in my opinion bsc pcm is better than pme as some topics like particle physics ,solid state physics
