The cutoff for the DU colleges have not yet been released yet. The cutoff especially for Bachelor of Science go high every coming year.

The closing marks range can go up to 93 or 90 in a few colleges of DU as well. The cutoff depends on the number

can i am eligible for neet if i have 39 marks in physics as the eligibility criteria for neet is more then 40% present in 12th for sc / st student but i have the total overall persentage is more then 60 %

It is not individual subject percentage that is taken into consideration while calculating NEET eligibility. You should complete your 12th, pass in all subjects individually and score a minimum aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology as a Candidate belonging to SC Category.
