I got 164/300 in PCB , I am from obc category. I am pass in all subjects and english is my core subject physics- Theory-23 practicle-28 chem- T-23 p-28 bio- T-34 P-28 my score is less in theory than practicles in physics and chemistry.. Is I am eligible for NEET??? And for colleges like Aiims?

To be eligible for Neet, you must have passed your class 12th examination in both theory and practical examinations of PCB and English as core subject , with at least a minimum of 50% or 40% marks depending on your category taken together in PCB(theory+practical) in your class 12th board

You haven't mentioned specifically if you are asking for B.Sc Physics or M.Sc or PhD. However, in most of the colleges, admission to Under graduation done on the basis of marks in the qualifying exam. Most of the physics related exams are for higher studies. Like IIT JAM for admission

Yes, you can apply for Jamia Millia Islamia as the eligibility criteria for B.Sc.is 55% agg. in all the three subjects, Physics, Chemistry and Maths. You have got the agg. marks even if you have got less marks in Maths, then you are also getting more marks in

I assume that you are talking about the CBSE board exams of 12th grade. It is not advisable to skip any topic during exam preparation. Especially the ones that look not so important. There have instances in the past where the paper was loaded from such topics (communications in physics).
