NSEP also known as National Standard Examination in Physics is a Scholarship exam. This exam is conducted by the IAPT(Indian Association of Physics Teachers). The syllabus of NSEP is consists of chapters from 11th and 12th class CBSE.

Please mention the college in which you want admission however for a normal government college, yes you can get admission in the bachelor of science course in physics. However, for a university like Delhi University, you might not get physics there.
