I would suggest you to be positive and hope for a good result the marking is not as hard as you would assume. There is not individual  requirement but the  percentage requirement exist in NEET so if one paper does not go well then you should not wory at all

TC(Transfer Certificate) is not needed for Msc in open university as they give you migration certificate to continue further education in other university.TC is a proof that you have further communication with that university because you have completed your studies in that university .
