Greetings!

To check your eligibility for neet examination, your pcb aggregate is considered. Your aggregate in pcb is 49+51+57=157 = 52 % , thus you are eligible for neet examination as minimum percentage required to be eligible for Neet examination is 50% aggregate  in pcb for general category.

Yes, the study materials provided by Allen as well as Ncert books are enough for physics and chemistry. But still, I would suggest you to practice daily and study thoroughly.
