your neet qualification code is 05 because you are now currently studying in bsc with Chemistry zoology and botany as subjects.

code 05 says

I think, Transformers is quite interesting, as well as easy to understand. Also there are not many concepts asoscited as compared to Photoelectric effect, So you may go for it in VIVA.

Derivations are not that important.
You should practice as much as you can.
Now practicing more problems would help you memorize the formula which you would find hard to memorize normally.
And if you practice more you would be able to solve the enigma of the pattern of question.
