As of now there are no such career opportunities in ISRO. Most of the vacancies are for engineers for research assistant etc.
The number of vacancies in isro is also going down for some time now. You can check for the vacancy in the next recruitment session.

This year the pattern of the exam has been changed in the exam pattern this year. At first each subject that's physics, chemistry and mathematics consist of 30 question.
But this year there will be 75 objective question,25 from each subject that is physics, chemistry and mathematics
