If you have completed bsc in physics why you want to do again your bachelor's in engineering? . Also you can't do that , there is no such option . You are not eligible if even if you give any entrance exam for engineering.

Mechanical Energy is possed by an object due to its change in motion or position.

In more generalized, a moving car possess a kinetic energy. In case if the car is climbing a mountain, it would possess both Kinetic and potential energy.

Yes you can apply, as final year students can also apply. The eligibility criteria is that- any graduate degree with honours or any other UG Degree with 50% marks in aggregate can apply. For result awaiting candidates, EDIT option will be enabled only after the publication of the final redult
