No Abhimanyu you have to pass 12th class completely otherwise you are not eligible for any college, so you have to clear your exam then you are eligible for taking admission in any college if you have good score in their particular entrance exam, so exam it.

Yes there are many college which provides you to do dual degree BSC plus msc in Physics  , maths or in Chemistry . As per your rank you can get dual degree in some nit .

IISER Pune would be the best choice for dual degree in physics since in NIRF Ranking it comes on one of the top institutes as well as it is one of the few researched based institutes in the country.
