Yes you do have very high chances of getting admission in top NITs like NIT DURGAPUR,PATNA,etc with ECE branch based on your jee mains CRL rank and category rank.Participate in the JOSAA counselling to get admission in top NITs.

You are going to have three books of physics in Bsc 1st year (general), if you are going to do your Bachelors degree from a Punjab university affilated college. You would study Electricity and magnetism, Waves and vibrations and Mechanics.

Well, this depends upon which college you're choosing and which trade. In some private engineering college, they have their own entrance exams, sometimes the admission process depends on jee rank.
