You are eligible for NEET.As per the latest guidelines the eligibility criteria for reserved candidates is that a aggregate of 40% in physics, chemistry and biology(PCB).
Also the system of number of attempta has been removed and the candidates can appear for the entrance examination as many times

Yes you can apply for Msc in Physics. You did your Bsc in Physics so there is no problem in it to study Msc in physics further.

UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).
