Don't worry, As you said you cleared it in the supplementary exams, there would not be any problem with your further education.

As per your studying abroad dream, the eligibility criteria demands the only completion of the course but there is no restriction on the number of attempts.

Candidates who belong to SC and OBC category should have an aggregate of 40% in physics chemistry and biology (PCB) to appear in neet , therefore you are eligible to appear for the exam.

With these marks and percentage, you can't expect to have some great college of engineering in Mumbai or anywhere else. However if you are persistent in doing engineering from Mumbai only then you may think of taking admission in some private college that takes admission in your marks.
