I can't tell you about your chances of you tell me the Marks of only one section.

The final rank through which admission is given is released after calculating the score of all the three sections and not just one.

Lol...forget about IIT's with such marks ,I'm not even sure that you will even qualify the exam ...(previous year qualifying cut off -17.05)(while the lowest A.I. rank  they took was 550 ish for general)..

With bare qualifying marks I don't think you can even get admissions to nit(s) even ...
