The final rank through which admission is given is released after calculating the score of all the three sections and not just one.

It depends on how much the cutoff is which varies year to year. 

Start revising and practicing for the topics you have already learnt. Start taking online test series and online mock tests. This will help you to increase your speed and accuracy while solving questions. Take a healthy diet and proper sleep while preparing for NEET Physics Exam.

Lol...forget about IIT's with such marks ,I'm not even sure that you will even qualify the exam ...(previous year qualifying cut off -17.05)(while the lowest A.I. rank  they took was 550 ish for general)..

With bare qualifying marks I don't think you can even get admissions to nit(s) even ...
