if you have not studied physics before at all then don't think to score 150+ because to score 150 in neet ug is not an easy task. But yes you can go for 100 marks because it is possilble to score 100 in neet ug in 3 months

The admission to Undergraduate programmes in Delhi University is through an Entrance Exam. B.Sc Hons Physics also has an entrance exam. You should study Maths, Physics, Chemistry in12th. The overall percentage in these 3 subjects should be 55% and one compulsory language should be 50%.
