Physiotherapists are highly trained healthcare professionals who specialise in physical therapy. In a judgment released by the Supreme Court (SC) back in 1996, it was held that the medical practitioners who have MBBS degrees can only referred to as Doctors. Physiotherapists cannot prefix their name with the title of 'Dr'.
It will take at least another 10 years for Physiotherapy to get recognized by general public. People are least aware about this new field in India. In my opinion choosing Physiotherapy is not the wise decision.
Fresher BPTs can get 7000 to 15000 in private sectors. Whereas Post graduates freshers
Physiotherapists cannot perform surgeries in particular however; their concerned area of work is primarily preoperative and postoperative in order to restore natural bodily movement. Only a qualified surgeon is allowed to perform invasive practice of a surgery. You'll have to do MBBS first and then MS/MD to become a surgeon.

Hey Aspirant, For getting admission in Bachelor of physiotherapy with 49% it is impossible in government colleges but with the private ones conduct the entrance exam. So, you need to get eligible for giving the entrance exam. There are several universities which offer this course.
