Hi dear,
Admission to BPT course is not through NEET.
There are three ways to enter the field. A diploma (DPT), a degree (BSc) or a professional course (BPT of four years with a 6-month internship).
There is a Common Entrance Test (CET) for the course in Bachelor of Physiotherapy(BPT).Admission is based mainly on CET scores. A candidate seeking admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy should be at least 17 years of age.

Hello! Mohit Shah.
Considering this marks in NEET, you can't get admission into government medical colleges/universities .It's not possible. You can only get admission into private medical colleges/universities.
Some colleges are-
1.DY Patil
2.KJ soumys college of phsyotherapy
3.Mahatma Gandhi mission institute of health sciences.
